The other night I had a real disaster in my dreaming.

It turned into sleepwalking, and I got physically very banged up. But the worst part of it is that I still have no energy now, almost three days later.

I learned that changing awarennes isnt decided by us as well as all other thing in life we are nothing but pieces to other great forces. So what can we do about it? the answer is nothing but having enough energy to accept in succes those changes in our awarreness. But i think that occurs when you intent certain things in life my intent to the path of knowledge is freedom etc whats yours and what different kind of awareness you had?
